Amanda Bricker Leppin (Mandy) 72 of Round Rock, Tx went home to her Lord and Savior on October 30, 2020. Amanda was born in Norwich, CT. to Peter and Catherine Bricker on September 18,1948.
Amanda married Oliver G. Leppin Jr. on August 10, 1980. She attended the Academy of the Sacred Heart (Grand Coteau) Class of 1965. She also attended Texas A&M Fire Academy and after became a volunteer for the Round Rock Volunteer Fire Department for many years. She was also recognized as the First Professional Women Firefighter in Round Rock. She had a long career with Texas Light Bulb Supply as a General Manager which is where she had the opportunity to guide many young hearts to value hard work and ethics. She had the energy to light up every room she entered, she knew no stranger. She always inspired everyone to live life to the fullest. She was a loving wife, mother and became a wonderful grandmother and great grandmother, where she absolutely loved to talk about each one of them. Some of her favorite things to do were taking cruises, RVing and site seeing. She loved to sing and was so excited to be a part of the choir at Provident Crossing Retirement Home. She also sang in the choir at Palm Valley Lutheran Church for many years where she was a longtime member.
